This is a rather harsh statement.  But it is a true one.  The people working at our Animal Control Agencies don't want to put down pets  any more than you do.  But in some cases it is the merciful resort.  Some dogs are not adoptable.  My opinion is that these dog should be released to heaven rather than live a life of being neglected  or worse.  "Any Life" is not always preferable to euthanasia.  If it were, we wouldn't be saving them would we?
